Best quality: the electronic components and PCBs for your products are purchased from selected suppliers around the world.

Fast and flexible: Our own resources at the headquarters allow for short distances and the volume of our inventory is therefore significant. Only this way, we guarantee your independence and ability to deliver - from our perspective an absolute necessity for the ability to respond to the demands of the market in the short run.

Even in contract manufacturing, we guarantee the quality of the work through the purchase of material compared to supplied material. This brings you the important step ahead of your competitors in regards to quality assurance and delivery performance.

Construction of mechanical parts

Examine your parts in advance: All mechanical components as well as the electronic assemblies are created with the software SolidWorks and „virtually“ built as a three-dimensional assembly.

Fast and productive: Standard parts such as housings of a series or screws are available as 3D models from the manufacturer. The bills of materials, exploded views and drawings for the production are derived from the 3D model of the complete product.

Our suppliers of stamping and bent parts as well as tooling companies for the injection molding import this data easily and without errors in their systems.

Production of parts in-house

In recent years our own Datron M8 CNC system has evolved into a decisive advantage over the competition.

A few hours later, your idea is implemented into a functional prototype. We also efficiently manufacture products in small and medium quantities at our facility.

We create also the CAM programming to the simulation of the CNC process in the 3D system. This guarantees a high conformity between the design and manufactured product. The necessary changes in the geometry during the development phase are quickly incorporated into the production.

Cable assemblies

We manufacture the cable assemblies required for the production of your product by small and medium quantities on our own. A machine takes over the automatic length cutting and removal of the insulation.
