Construction of mechanical parts
Examine your parts in advance: All mechanical components as well as the electronic assemblies are created with the software SolidWorks and „virtually“ built as a three-dimensional assembly.
Fast and productive: Standard parts such as housings of a series or screws are available as 3D models from the manufacturer. The bills of materials, exploded views and drawings for the production are derived from the 3D model of the complete product.
Our suppliers of stamping and bent parts as well as tooling companies for the injection molding import this data easily and without errors in their systems.
Production of parts in-house
In recent years our own Datron M8 CNC system has evolved into a decisive advantage over the competition.
A few hours later, your idea is implemented into a functional prototype. We also efficiently manufacture products in small and medium quantities at our facility.
We create also the CAM programming to the simulation of the CNC process in the 3D system. This guarantees a high conformity between the design and the manufactured product. The necessary changes in the geometry during the development phase are quickly incorporated into the production.
